Predictive models
We train regression and classification models on your historical records. Typical turnaround is six weeks from data handover to a validated prototype. Outputs feed into your existing dashboards or ERP through a lightweight API.
We design prediction and automation systems for mid-market companies that have data but no data science team. You describe the decision you want to improve; we build the model, test it on your numbers, and hand you something your staff can use on Monday morning.

We deliberately keep our service list short. Every project we take on falls into one of these categories, which means our engineers have seen the failure modes before you hit them.

Dirty data kills projects quietly. We build extraction, cleaning and transformation pipelines that run on schedule, flag anomalies, and keep your feature stores fresh without manual CSV wrangling every Friday.
Some workflows don't need a neural network: they need a well-designed rule engine backed by a small classifier. We audit your manual steps, identify the 20 per cent that consume 80 per cent of staff time, and automate those first.
Accuracy drifts. We set up continuous monitoring that compares live predictions against actuals, alerts your team when performance drops below a threshold you set, and triggers retraining pipelines automatically.
How it works
A 45-minute video call where we look at your data landscape. You share screen, walk us through the decision you want to improve, and we tell you honestly whether machine learning will help or whether a simpler approach would work better. No charge for this.
We receive a sample extract, check column distributions, spot gaps, and estimate the signal-to-noise ratio. This takes about a week. You get a written report with a go/no-go recommendation and a rough accuracy target.
Our engineers train candidate models, run cross-validation, and select the one that hits the accuracy target with the lowest latency. The prototype runs in a sandboxed environment against your live data feed so you can compare its suggestions to what your team would have done.
We wrap the chosen model in an API, write documentation your developers can follow, and deploy it to your cloud account. If you don't have a cloud account, we provision one and hand over the keys.
Your team gets a half-day training session, a runbook, and access to the monitoring dashboard. We stay on a lightweight retainer for the first three months to handle drift alerts and answer questions.
Results
We can't name clients publicly without their consent, but we can share the metrics they allowed us to disclose. All figures are measured six months after go-live.
Reduction in stock-outs for a Scottish food distributor after deploying our demand forecast model.
Faster invoice categorisation for a 90-person accountancy practice using our document classifier.
Annual savings in wasted raw materials for a plastics manufacturer, identified by our anomaly detection pipeline.
Precision score on a churn-prediction model for a subscription-box retailer, measured on a held-out test set of 14,000 customers.
Questions
It depends on the problem. For tabular prediction tasks like demand forecasting, a few thousand rows with consistent columns is usually enough to test feasibility. Image classification needs more: at least several hundred labelled examples per category. During the diagnostic call we look at what you have and give a straight answer.
Yes. About half our clients are elsewhere in the UK, and a handful are in Ireland and the Netherlands. All collaboration happens over video calls and shared repositories. We visit on-site for the integration phase if the project involves hardware like edge sensors or cameras.
A scoped prototype with data pipeline, trained model and API endpoint usually falls between £18,000 and £45,000 depending on complexity. Monitoring retainers start at £1,200 per month. We quote fixed prices after the data audit, so there are no surprise invoices.
You do. Every line of code, every trained weight file, and every configuration script is yours from the moment we deliver it. We keep no copies after the retainer ends unless you ask us to.
That is the preferred arrangement. We use Git-based workflows, write tests, and document as we go. Your developers review pull requests and learn the codebase during the build, which makes the handover smoother and reduces your dependency on us afterwards.
